CI Lint tool says "ref" in "only policy:" everywhere, and it's not meaningful

Summary

When reviewing a pipeline in the ci/lint tool, it reports ref in the "only policy:" and "except policy:" every time. But that's not meaningful.

More of a UX bug than a defect.

Steps to reproduce

• take a gitlab-ci.yml pipeline with some only: and except: blocks
• run it through the CI Lint tool
• See the ref show up everywhere --> doesn't correspond with anything in my pipeline
