Docs: Review docs vs. customer portal information on subscriptions
Problem to solve
We have a fair amount of duplicate, related or similar content on multiple pages.
Proposal
Review the content from the licensing FAQ and the Getting started with subscriptions page, existing Subscribe to GitLab section and any other similar pages.
Split content into license/subscription specific information and customers portal specific help content.
This isn't a high priority, but I wanted to ensure we got an issue so as open discussion and not forget.
