Consider a different name for Bill of Materials feature

I was asking about whether or not we would have something like GitHub's dependency graph:
- https://github.com/rails/rails/network/dependents (reversed dependency)
I was pointed out to the [Bill of Materials feature]: #10075 which sounds like a term not widespread or commonly used in IT context (at least not in the Startup world).
I suggest we consider some commonly used terms (even if it's not 100% precise to how much we are going to deliver).
The most obvious one would be to call it : "Dependencies", and if we think "BOM / Bill of Materials" make sense to some persona, then use that term on our marketing materials etc only, not on the developers interface inside GitLab.
Dependency List will be the name of the feature in it's first iterations.
