Fix content scrolling issue

When navigating to https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/logs.html#sidekiqlog, the scrolling position to the anchor is not accurate.

Investigation

When using an HTTP Request blocker and blocking requests to https://consent.cookiebot.com/uc.js, the issue seems to disappear.
