Standardize padding on nested lists
Problem to solve
-
@aqualls commented in issue 30555: (+4 comments) I'm passing these changes through in the interest of putting this MR to rest at last, but I'm marking this thread as a follow-up. The
<br/><br/>
convention used (indoc/user/project/clusters/add_eks_clusters.md
anddoc/user/project/clusters/add_remove_clusters.md
is a hack; we should put in the real fix, which is to update the CSS of the website to add more vertical padding to the bottom of nested lists in the main content area.

Proposal
Add more vertical padding to the bottom of nested ordered and unordered lists, to make clearer when the nested list ends.
