Make docs content headers more visually distinctive
In the product documentation pages, we have many pages that use several levels of headers (h2, h3, h4) to organize content. (Example page: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/issue_board.html)
Unfortunately, the styling for these headers is very similar, which makes it difficult to see the hierarchy within the content itself. Because the header styles are so similar, it's hard to know which sections are related to which. On top of that, the h3 and h4 styling is almost identical.
This could benefit from some direction from UX regarding the fonts and styling we can use to make the headers more distinctive from one level to the next.
