Unable to scroll in the documentation when window is < 1090px
Summary
When trying to scroll down in the documentation, the window keeps jumping back up.
Steps to reproduce
This only happens when the window is < 1090px and the bar to the left is collapsed
Go to the docs and try to scroll down.
What is the current bug behavior?
When trying to scroll, the page jumps and moves you back up.
