Homepage redesign: content updates
We are implementing a new design for the homepage of docs.gitlab.com: technical-writing#854
As a part of this change, we will need to update some content:
- Decide which pages to feature in the tabbed content area
- Write page summary text for pages featured in the tabbed content area
- These summaries should go in each page's front matter as a
descriptiontag.

- Write documentation for how we manage this content (e.g, how you'd add or remove a page from the featured area).
