Display prominent badge for AI features

Currently we have a list of AI/ML powered features. However, to indicate GitLab is serious about AI integration in its product, a badge or note on the individual pages could help bring visibility and, hopefully, enhance search when indexed.

Below is an example where it displays an AI feature next to the tiers. This could be a hyperlink back to the AI/ML powered features page.
