Document how to expand space in review apps server
On the Friday afternoon before the (weekend) 15.0 release, the docs server ran out of disk space. No one in the Americas knew how to fix the problem, and we could not build the new versions of the docs site (or new review apps) until the problem was resolved. @axil described the issue in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-docs/-/issues/1152#note_955125768. The problem is two-fold: lack of access to the server, and lack of instructions for what to do when the problem occurs.
Since then, it looks like @eread and @marcel.amirault now also have access, but we should take these actions:
- Document clearly how to fix the problem.
- Ensure Technical Writing team members in each region have access.
- Consider if we should add access provisioning / deprovisioning for this server to Technical Writing onboarding and offboarding issues.
I'm taking the step of assigning it to @axil and @dianalogan, as it includes both technical documentation work and process considerations.
