Make use of the new parallel deployments for Pages

This new feature should be an ideal candidate for the archives https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/pages/#parallel-deployments.

In theory, this would mean that we wouldn't need to maintain a giant Docker image that stores all the archives and takes ages to deploy.

Will need to investigate more.
