Add TLDR link and update table for consistency

Problem: New users sometimes work through installation of GDK manually based on table and make mistakes in handling prerequisites.

Solution: Add link to sample package manager commands at start of prerequisites table to facilitate quick setup (copy/paste commands) and reduce user error.
