Check compatibility of installed dependencies
If an installed dependency is outdated, the GDK might not start correctly (see https://gitlab.slack.com/archives/C02PF508L/p1521637081000189) for example.
I think it would be a good idea to check if dependencies (ruby, node, postgres, redis, go, …) are installed in a compatible/current version and warn the GDK user if not. This will probably help with:
- frustration
- security
- performance
- getting started
A good idea would be to run the check at the end of gdk update
as well. Furthermore we could expose it via a command like gdk doctor
