Minikube-based GDK

For Q3, the Edge team has the goal of using Minikube to run the GDK.

Steps:

1. Add a simple gdkube.yml to run the current monolithic Docker image in Kubernetes: !309 (merged)
2. Drift away from monolithic GDK docker image
3. Configure persistence layers
4. Dockerize GDK files
5. Use scripts to streamline development experience: gitlab-ce!11496
6. Make it possible to use gdk CLI to control GDK in minikube
