Announcement message not readable in some terminals

Overview

GitLab Topology Service is now enabled by default.

There is a lovely message to announce this.

Part of this message is not readable if your terminal has a light background.

Impacted categories

The following categories relate to this issue:

• gdk-reliability - e.g. When a GDK action fails to complete.
• gdk-usability - e.g. Improvements or suggestions around how the GDK functions.
• gdk-performance - e.g. When a GDK action is slow or times out.

Steps to replicate (optional)

1. set terminal to a light background color
2. update gdk
3. see message

Proposal (optional)

• Use a color that works on a larger number of light and dark backgrounds
• OR put this part of the message within a section that also has a background color.
