Enable Error Tracking in this very project

Problem

Currently, Error Tracking is enabled in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/developer-relations/contributor-success/lee-testing/error-tracking-test/-/error_tracking for testing.

Proposed solution

Since tracking GDK errors deemed useful let's enable them in this very repository in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-development-kit/-/error_tracking.
