gdk update fails on Manjaro Linux because it's trying to use apt-get instead of pacman
Overview
On Manjaro Linux, trying to gdk update will result in an "apt-get: command not found" error. However, the package manager for Manjaro is pacman, not apt-get. gdk update used to work on Manjaro up until just yesterday (at the time of this issue creation).
