Should we update gdk version to also output the git sha as part of the version string and use that here instead?

Example, instead of:
```
GitLab Development Kit gem version 0.2.10
```
This:
```
GitLab Development Kit gem version 0.2.10 (32c087d9)
```
(I think it's important to have the "gem" version as well)
