We don't currently have the ability to deprecate settings so this is the 'next best thing'. No logic is activated as a result so it's pretty harmless.

I'll clean up this and the quiet setting in a follow-up MR for the next milestone

I don't know what the impact is of having these embedded in experimental after the logic has been updated, but I can't imagine we don't want the change above.
