`gdk reconfigure` should install bundler gem if it is not installed
Overview
There's an edge case that gdk reconfigure
doesn't install the bundler gem if it isn't already installed. It just fails. This always happens if you are switching from a non-asdf setup to asdf without doing a fresh gdk install
.
But it could happen in other cases if the bundler gem happened to get uninstalled, or when we ever upgrade to bundler 2.
It should just automatically install the right version of bundler if it isn't already installed, instead of failing.
Proposal (optional)
Make it automatically install the correct version of bundler (based on the Gemfile.lock
)
