Add task for product designers to install the GDK

Product designers will benefit greatly from understanding how to use the GDK.

For this MR, we updated the onboarding issue to highly encourage installing the GDK with the help of the UX Buddy and the #gdk Slack group.

Lots of good discussion around specific challenges with the GDK so I'm going to open an issue to make improvements to GDK documentation.
