Documenting the Customer Portal Screen Flows
It can be hard to learn the customer portal because you have to create accounts and make purchases to see some of the screens. And we haven't completed all the baselines, so there are parts of the portal that feel like a black box. As we work, let's capture screenshots, flows and email notifications as we encounter them in order to create a reference for everyone to use. Don't worry about documenting the experience, just get screenshots and show what links to what.
- I created a Mural Room and Tim and I have already documented some flows.
- I also created a folder on Google Drive where we can save examples of email notifications.
These screenshots will become out of date fast but I'm hoping that this is a relatively short term thing as we make the portal easier to test.
