Replace the "notifications" icon with the "alert" icon in the metrics dashboard
Problem
Currently, we use the "notification" icon in the alerts badge. That icon doesn't accurately represent the meaning of the badge.
Proposal
Replace the icon with the "warning" icon which more accurately represents the meaning of the alert badge.
