Revisit our principles for Pajamas design system and introduce a hierarchy
Problem to solve
#180 (closed) was our latest change to our design principles.
With https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/design.gitlab.com/issues/138 we decided to brand our design system "Pajamas". This has as the goal to be able to better market and evangalise it.
Our current principles have not been considered with this in mind. Also, similar to our company values we should consider introducing a hierarchy system when applying those principles in conflicting situations.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
