1. Help make the GitLab product more loveable by sharing UX work broadly and frequently to reinforce our overall vision.

Add important updates to Group Conversation

What are important updates? When do we have to add them to the presentation? Do we have to present?

Complete UX Scorecards and update them to Engineering Week in Review

New Scorecards only? We still have some open items from Q3. It would be interesting to share those as well.

I've updated the description of this OKR here gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com#5571 (comment 243437688) to make it a bit more clear what we consider as complete.

I've also added one issue I am supporting in %12.5 that is part of this OKR.

Add important updates to Group Conversation

These are the sessions that we have collected our design project slides few weeks ago for. Here is a handbook page.
I will be asking Product Designers to prepare slides for these sessions upfront.
No need to present, slides will be read only.

Complete UX Scorecards and update them to Engineering Week in Review

New Scorecards only? We still have some open items from Q3. It would be interesting to share those as well.

Correct, I suggest we try to close the existing UX Scorecards first before coming up with the new ones. If we feel like the previous UX Scorecard is not valid anymore (not a high priority feature, wrongly selected, etc.) - we can pick a new one to start with.

I've updated the description of this OKR here gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com#5571 (comment 243437688) to make it a bit more clear what we consider as complete.
