Use 'not-allowed' cursor for disabled buttons
WCAG 1.4.1 Use of Color requirements state:
1.4.1 Use of Color: Color is not used as the only visual means of conveying information, indicating an action, prompting a response, or distinguishing a visual element. (Level A)
Our disabled buttons give no feedback to users besides color, which may be frustrating. This is maybe not the best example because I think there are other UX issues here other than color, but I assume this button appears elsewhere.
Proposal
MVC solution: Apply the not-allowed
cursor when hovering on any disabled buttons.
