Template Competitor Evaluation FigJam File

Purpose

I recently completed https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/competitor-evaluations/-/issues/40+ and realized we were missing a visual sort of way to share competitor screenshots. Using inspiration from the UX Scorecard FigJam, I created a new template that could be used by others completing these evaluations as well. This issue is to track the progress of that templating.

Steps

• Create FigJam Template
