Next Steps

• 🌏 Think locally, Act Globally - Helping the Product Designers within Manage & Plan to provide and request targeted, constructive, honest feedback will encourage best practices from the immediate team outward (Manage & Plan > Product Designers > UX Department).
• 📣 Expert Voices - On August 9th, the GitLab UX Department will host the Author of Discussing Design: Improving Communication and Collaboration through Critique Aaron Irizarry in a special presentation devoted to leveling up our feedback game by providing constructive critique. | 📹 Critique and the Design Process
• 📓 Provide Additional Resources - Collecting various resources (books, articles, videos) on the subject to share across the department will help others to learn on their own time and in their own way.
