Terraform Report Section of MR Should Not Require Scrolling To View All Reports, and Status Icon Confusion

The recently redesigned Terraform report section of an MR only shows ≈ 3 reports at a time, requiring scrolling to find the rest. Some of our MRs have upwards of 20 Terraform plans that get generated, making it very difficult to review each plan.

Additionally, I'm wondering what the various status icons are meant to indicate. Is the green checkmark next to each report supposed to indicate there are no planned changes? It appears that all reports (even ones with planned changes) have a green checkmark. And what is the orange exclamation meant to indicate? I would have thought it meant there was at least one report with planned changes, but it appears to be present even when all reports have no planned changes.
