Q2 FY23 KR: Socialize UX Roadmaps 2 of 5

The last step for this OKR is to socialize your roadmaps and vision designs. We'll do this in 3 easy steps:

Record a walkthrough of the roadmap and vision
Share the recording
1. Share to unfiltered
2. Share in slack: in the #UX Channel and in your #Stage:group channel
Post a link to the roadmap and vision file in the category direction page

Part 1: (~15min) PM: walkthrough the roadmap discussing how each theme aligns with the business objective and user benefit.

Part 2: (~15min) Designer: Walkthrough the vision designs connecting the themes to the visuals.

Socialize synchronously with your stage:group

Set-up a 30min sync call with the PM and EMs (Engineers can be made optional).
- Create an agenda doc for participants to ask questions after the walkthrough
- Set the agenda as a walkthrough of the UX roadmap and vision of your stated roadmap goal. [Example; Walkthrough of Threat Insights UX Roadmap and Vision viable to complete]
  - If there isn't enough time to answer the questions during the meeting, answer the questions in the agenda async.
Record the call
- Post a recording to Unfiltered and Title your video: <Stage:group>: UX roadmap and vision
- Include a link to the roadmap and vision in the video description.
