error setting certificate verify locations
I'm running Gitlab CE with an certificate signed by StartSSL and a multi runner on a windows 10 system.
All builds are failing with error setting certificate verify locations
Full output:

I suspect the issue might be related to this D:\Gitlab Runner\D:\Gitlab Runner\
... But the documentation is not really present on how to override/fix that path...
