The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. Update health_check gem to version 2.6.0

Why was this MR needed?

Need by https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/1197 to add another custom check with a name, so you can call just specific custom checks.
