Docs: add tip for Kubernetes executor using dind

What does this MR do?

This MR adds a note after the example of using docker-in-docker with the Docker executor for users using docker-in-docker with the Kubernetes executor that may be misled about what they should set for the value of the DOCKER_HOST variable.
