Resolve "Add new Unicorn metrics"

What does this MR do?

This adds new metrics to help monitor Unicorn. These metrics include process_start_time_seconds{pid="ID"}, process_cpu_seconds_total{pid="ID"},process_max_fds{pid="ID"} and unicorn_workers.
