Delete leftover code for referenced_merge_requests endpoint

What does this MR do?
With https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/27027 we rewrote Related MRs widget using Vue. The previous implementation was using Haml templates and calling referenced_merge_requests endpoint which is now deprecated.
With the MR linked above, I deleted some portion of the backend code but there is still some stuff not being deleted. This MR deletes them.
