Fix a KeyError in GitlabSchema

What does this MR do?

Fixes an exception that is raised if you try to run GitlabSchema with a context, but without a current_user key in it.

Pretty sure this is unintentional. Introduced by !26629 (merged) and interacting with 435d98c9
