Docs: Realign more CE docs that diverged from EE unnecessarily (second MR)

What does this MR do?

This is my second MR attempting to align CE Docs that have diverged from EE. All of these docs differ slightly from their EE equivalent, usually due to updates to the EE docs that were not ported to CE. All the updates were more recent than what was present in CE, is not EE-only or is logical to include in CE (like in doc/development/ee_features.md).

Also, this MR passes ee_compat_test without an EE Branch being present, so I believe it successfully aligns these docs.

Author's checklist

• Apply the correct labels and milestone
• Crosslink the document from the higher-level index
• Crosslink the document from other subject-related docs
• Feature moving tiers? Make sure the change is also reflected in features.yml
• Correctly apply the product badges and tiers
