Expose External IP address for Knative's gateway
What does this MR do?
Introduce a new read only text box to the Knative application being includes as a part of Gitlab's helm installable applications that will provide the knative istio gateway address. It leverages the service and worker components provided by the current nginx ingress gateway which is offered as a separate application.
