Fix typos in specs and docs
What does this MR do?
Following the changes in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/22683 and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/22685, this will fix the remaining typos in specs and docs.
This does not include typos in as discusses in CHANGELOG.md, CHANGELOG-EE.md, and changelogs/* https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/46085#note_113498379.
