Docs: Fixing some bad links
What does this MR do?
This MR is to fix various bad links I have found recently. The changes should be obvious to the reviewer, except for the triggers/README.md which referenced an MR for 7.14 that doesn't exist anymore, so I linked to the general info page for 7.14 instead.
