Remove beta from web terminal documentation

What does this MR do?
Remove the beta warning from the web terminal documentation. This needs to be ~"Pick into 11.3" since the feature will be available to the user in %11.3. For more detail as to why we are removing the beta warning can be found in gitlab-org/gitlab-ce#51295
