Replace 'Sidekiq::Testing.inline!' with 'perform_enqueued_jobs'

Replaces Sidekiq::Testing.inline! with perform_enqueued_jobs in specs.

Sidekiq::Testing.inline! is a Sidekiq method.
Using this method violates the Dependency inversion principle.
