Merge Templates updates

What does this MR do?

The Merge Templates needed a bit of polish, so I fixed the grammar in the Database Changes Merge Template, and fixed the links in the Documentation Merge Template.

There's one problem: I can't find the default Merge Template. Look below, Conform byx 4 should be changed to Conforms to in THIS template. Is that only accessible to an admin, perhaps?
