Log push output on exception
What does this MR do?
Writes push output to a file on exception in qa/qa/specs/features/repository/protected_branches_spec.rb.
This will help us discover the cause of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/48241 if it happens again.
