use HTTPS in the example GitLab Page URL
What does this MR do?
Improve an example link by showing HTTPS is supported and enabled by default.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
Not really, but I wonder where to fix the actual live copy of this page: https://gitlab.com/help/user/project/pages/index.md (where there is also a bad typo in the very URL this MR updates.)
