Fix failing static-analysis pipeline
What does this MR do?
Update unicode-display_width from 1.3.0 to 1.3.2. They used a deprecated API, which has now been fixed.
Why was this MR needed?
Seems like the deprecation warning leads to failure during the static_analysis job: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/-/jobs/70716523
