Fix example config miss-alignment in uploads.object_store.connection
What does this MR do?
config/gitlab.yml.example has a missalignemnt in uploads.connection which should be uploads.object_store.connection
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
Why was this MR needed?
We are providing a broken example configuration and also gdk fails to configure gitlab with object storage enabled.
