Include git SHA with GitLab version on Admin Dashboard

What does this MR do?

Adds the git SHA alongside the GitLab version in the Components section of the Admin Dashboard area.

Why was this MR needed?

The /help page contains the GitLab version as well as the git SHA, so I added it in the Admin Dashboard area for consistency.
