Automatically cleanup stale worktrees and lock files upon a push

sh-add-cleanup-rpc-gitaly into master

git 2.16 will fail badly if there are stale worktrees. This cleanup will remove stale lock files and worktrees.

Depends upon gitaly!648 (merged)
