Move user page spinach tests to RSpec
What does this MR do?
Replace spinach test with RSpec analog
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
Please check cases in deleted spinach feature where we don`t create a project, and check that not created project not rendered on the page. This cases not moved to rspec.
